What is First-Time Central Heating under ECO4?
Ofgem defines FTCH as installing a wet central-heating system in a property that does not have, and has never previously had, one. A wet system circulates heated water from a boiler or another heat source to separate emitters such as radiators.

What is an ECO4 boiler grant?

The boiler route normally applies where a wet central-heating system already exists.
