Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability. If you have a background in property surveying, energy assessments, or building regulations, we’d love to hear from you!
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Retrofit Surveyor, Energy Assessor, or Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
Ability to conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.
Strong communication skills to explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
Proficiency in using survey software, thermal imaging cameras, and other assessment tools.
A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for on-site assessments.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.
Desirable (Bonus) Skills:
Retrofit Coordinator or Assessor qualifications.
Experience working with grant-funded energy efficiency programs.
Familiarity with SAP calculations and EPC ratings.
Knowledge of energy efficiency measures.
