Job description

We are looking for a proactive and creative AI-Driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital marketing, enjoys working with content and automation tools, and knows how to build strong organic growth across multiple channels.

 

You will be responsible for managing social media presence, creating and publishing engaging content, improving website content through blogs and case studies, and using automation and AI tools to make marketing processes more efficient and scalable.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine creativity, consistency, and smart systems thinking.

Key responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

➢ Manage and grow the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms

➢ Plan, schedule, and publish content across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others

➢ Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and posting schedule

➢ Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach

2. Content Creation

➢ Create engaging social media posts, captions, carousels, and short-form video content

➢ Develop reels and video-based content tailored for different platforms

➢ Coordinate or create visuals, edits, and basic creative assets for campaigns and brand communication

➢ Repurpose content into multiple formats for wider distribution and better performance

3. Multi-Channel Content Publishing

➢ Upload and publish posts, reels, videos, and updates across relevant channels

➢ Ensure content is properly optimized for each platform’s format, audience, and best practices

➢ Maintain content calendars and publishing workflows to ensure consistency

➢ Support campaign launches by distributing content efficiently across channels

4. Website Content Management

➢ Upload blogs, articles, landing page content, and case studies to the company website

➢ Format and optimize website content for readability, user experience, and SEO

➢ Keep website content fresh, relevant, and aligned with current campaigns and business goals

➢ Work on content updates that improve organic traffic and lead generation

5. Organic Growth & Community Building

➢ Focus strongly on organic marketing strategies to improve visibility, reach, and brand trust

➢ Build audience engagement through regular posting, interaction, and community participation

➢ Connect with relevant people, prospects, industry professionals, and communities on social media

➢ Support relationship-building through thoughtful engagement, outreach, and brand presence

➢ Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to increase natural growth across channels

6. Marketing Automation & AI Tools

➢ Use AI tools to improve content creation, planning, repurposing, and workflow efficiency

➢ Build and manage automations for content scheduling, lead capture, follow-ups, and campaign tracking

➢ Explore tools that improve productivity across social media, website updates, reporting, and outreach

➢ Help create scalable marketing systems that reduce manual work and improve speed and consistency

➢ Support automation across CRM, email marketing, social media workflows, and reporting where needed

7. SEO, Blogs & Case Studies

➢ Publish blogs and case studies designed to improve organic rankings and brand authority

➢ Optimize content using relevant keywords, internal linking, and SEO best practices

➢ Turn customer success stories, installations, and project outcomes into compelling case studies

➢ Help create content that supports both search visibility and sales conversations

8. Performance Tracking & Improvement

➢ Track performance of organic content, blogs, website updates, and social media activity

➢ Monitor engagement, reach, traffic, follower growth, and content performance

➢ Share insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and content strategy

➢ Continuously test ideas, formats, and workflows to improve results over time
