We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cavity Wall Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing cavity wall insulation in residential properties, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out cavity wall insulation installations in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
Conduct pre-installation assessments, ensuring walls are suitable for insulation and identifying any potential issues.
Load, prepare, and handle insulation materials and equipment safely.
Ensure accurate recording of work, including property details, material usage, and completion documentation.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and explaining the installation process clearly.
Work collaboratively with surveyors, team members, and management to ensure projects are completed on time.
Travel across England and Wales, with occasional overnight stays as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in cavity wall insulation, construction, or energy efficiency installations (preferred but not essential).
Strong technical and practical skills, with good attention to detail.
Understanding of building regulations and insulation best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High regard for health and safety standards.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in various property types.
Positive attitude and willingness to travel extensively.
